Yale Women’s Slavic Chorus and Yale Russian Chorus Joint Workshop

Join the Slavic Chorus and Russian Chorus for an evening of Russian and Georgian singing and snacks! Each group will showcase their repertoire and teach a song. No experience necessary!

Relax with refreshing bubble tea as you immerse yourself in amazing music from all around the world! Drop by at any point to hang out with Yalies who love to perform traditional and contemporary melodies from communities across the globe. You will hear songs by a cappella groups Asempa (African), Magevet (Jewish, Hebrew, and Israeli), Sur Et Veritaal (Indian), Yale Undergraduate Madrigals (English, Italian, and French Renaissance) and Yale Women’s Slavic Chorus, as well as the high-energy instrumental music of the Yale Klezmer Band (Eastern European).
